Shipping
We currently ship to the United States and Canada. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- United States: 4–7 business days
- Canada: 7–14 business days
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
30-day free returns
Free return shipping — on us
We stand behind GroundFlow completely. If you're not satisfied for any reason within 30 days of delivery, we'll make it right — no hassle, no cost to you.
To start a return:
- Email us at support@groundflow.ca with your order number
- We'll send a prepaid return label within 1 business day
- Drop off the package at any carrier location
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return
Items must be returned in their original packaging. The mat and grounding cord must both be included. Products damaged due to misuse or unauthorized modifications are not eligible for return.
Damaged or defective items
If your GroundFlow mat arrives damaged or stops working within the warranty period, we'll replace it at no charge. Email us a photo of the issue and we'll ship a replacement immediately.
