1. Put it on

Place the cup on the sore spot and it grips by itself. One hand. You can reach your own upper back, which is the whole point. Use a little oil first if you want to glide it along a muscle instead of holding it in one place.

2. Pick your setting

12 suction levels and gentle warmth. Start low. You can change it after it is already on, so you are never stuck with a setting you cannot reach.

3. Let it run for 10 minutes

It works on a timer and shuts itself off. If it ever feels like too much, one button releases it straight away.

We ship to the United States and Canada. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and tracking is emailed once your order ships. Delivery typically arrives within 4–14 business days depending on your location.

Not happy? Return it within 30 days, free. We'll send a prepaid label and process your refund within 5–7 business days. No hassle.

Will it leave marks on my skin?

Usually a light one, and that is normal. The suction draws blood up toward the surface, which is the whole point of it, so a bit of pink or a faint circle means it did what it is supposed to do.

For most people it is much fainter than the deep purple marks you have seen on athletes, and it fades within a day or so. Most of the spots people use it on are covered anyway. Your upper back, your shoulders, your calves.

You also control how much shows. Lower setting, shorter time, or move it along the muscle instead of holding it in one place. Start low for your first week and you will quickly work out what your skin does.

Does it hurt?

No. It should feel like a firm pull, not a pinch. There are 12 levels and most people sit around 4 or 5 to start. If it ever feels like too much, one button releases it straight away.

How is this different from my massage gun?

It works in the opposite direction. A massage gun presses into the muscle. This lifts the tissue up and away from it instead. That is why people who own both keep saying it reaches a spot the gun never could.

How long before I feel a difference?

Most people notice something in the first 2 to 3 sessions, and it's usually not what they expect. It tends to show up as more of an absence of tightness, and a relaxed feeling rather than anything you can point to. Give it 3 sessions of 10 minutes before you judge it.

Can I really use it on my own back?

Yes, and this is the part most people are actually asking about. It grips on by itself, you place it one handed, and you can change the setting after it is already on. You do not need a partner and you do not need to reach behind you to press anything.

Is there anyone who should not use it?

Yes. Skip it if you are on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a blood clotting condition. Avoid broken skin, varicose veins, moles, and anywhere you have had a recent injury. If you are being treated for anything ongoing, ask your doctor first. This is a muscle tool, not a medical device.

  • Obsessed honestly

Okay I love this thing. I got it for my shoulders after a rough month at work and I've ended up using it on my calves more than anything, which I wasn't expecting. My daughter keeps taking it. Ordering a second one so we quit arguing over where it is.

  • It runs while I eat

Sits on my shoulder while I eat and turns itself off. Took me 2 or 3 goes to get the hang of the positioning and moving it slowly rather than leaving it in one place, and after that it is just something I do. it feels nice too!

  • For heavy legs

I get on it after work when my legs feel heavy and full. Slow passes up the calf, about 5 minutes a side. Legs feel a lot less full by bedtime. That's all I use it for.

    Benefits You'll Love

    1. Less Tension And Fewer Knots

That constant low-level tightness you've learned to work around starts to ease off.

    2. Eases Muscle Pain And Soreness

Works on the background ache that builds from sitting, standing or leaning the same way for 9 hours.

    3. Improved Mobility

Loosens the muscles that keep you from turning your head properly or reaching overhead without thinking about it.

    4. Faster Recovery

Clears the tightness between shifts, workouts and long days, so it doesn't stack up on the next one.

    5. Better Local Circulation

Gives compressed tissue somewhere to go, and supports circulation through the part that's been compressed all day.

    Why Nothing Else Has Worked

You know the exact spot. You could point to it right now. You've been pointing to it for years, then going to bed with it anyway.

You've tried massage guns, heating pads, foam roller, braces. Each one helped for a day or two, and then you were back where you started. After enough tries, you start to think the problem is you.

It isn't. The problem is that all these devices do the same thing. Every one of them applies pressure, so do thumbs, elbows, and a tennis ball against the door frame. But a knot is usually tissue that's already been compressed. Pressing on it more can provide temporary relief but often leaves the underlying issue untreated.

Suction works in the other direction. Instead of pressing down into the tissue, it draws it up. Bodyworkers call it myofascial decompression, it's what cupping has always done, and it's the reason it's still around after two thousand years.

That lifting action is also what supports local circulation in the area. Different direction, different result.

    Everything Happening Under The Cup

    Dynamic Suction

Pulls, releases, then pulls again. Not one static hold like a glass cup. That rhythm is what lifts the tissue instead of pressing it in.

    Gentle Heat

Warms the muscle while the suction works, which helps it let go faster than suction on its own.

    660nm Red Light

Runs through the cup while it's on. No extra step, no extra device.

    12 Levels

Full control over heat and suction levels to match comfort level
